  • Explore Brussels guarantees We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with national and international provisions, including the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as amended by the law of 11 December 1998.
  • Purpose of processing your personal data. By providing us with your personal data, you give us your express permission to process this information for the purposes indicated below. Your data is included in Explore Brussels' files and we process it with a view to managing our customers, publications, the services we offer, improving the quality of our services and informing you of new services and products from Explore Brussels. You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time and without any justification.
  • Cookies. We will occasionally use cookies in order to provide you with a better service. A cookie is a small file saved by a website on your computer: this cookie can be retrieved during a subsequent visit to the same site. The cookie cannot be read by a website other than the one that created it.     • Your right of access, opposition and rectification. By means of a written, dated and signed request sent to Explore Brussels, you may, after providing proof of identity (copy of identity card), obtain, free of charge, written communication of your personal data and, where appropriate, rectification of any data that is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. A copy of your data will be sent to you no later than 15 days after receipt of your request.
