Constantin Meunier was a very important artist. He lived in the second half of the 19th century. He produced drawings, paintings and sculptures. In his art, he especially liked to show workers and industries in Belgium. At the end of his life, he had a beautiful house and studio built in Ixelles. This house has now become a museum: the Musée Meunier.

During this visit, we will:
- find out who Constantin Meunier was;
- see the type of art he made;
- look at his house and understand why it is typical for the period around 1900;
- look closely at his works and sculptures to learn more about the old trades;
- compare the work of workers before with the world of work today.

The visit is designed for alpha or FLE groups and aims to meet the expectations of the people being trained as closely as possible. The visit will be based on instructions that will encourage each member of the group to research and reflect. It offers a cultural reflection and makes links with the daily life of the group members.

This tour is for groups of up to 12 people (including accompanying persons).
