To access the interior visits, you can either :
- book via the reservations system and choose your dates, times, languages and places of visit. You can find all the opening dates for bookings here.
- go to the venue you wish to visit and buy your ticket on the spot (subject to availability).
In the booking system you log in(or create an account if applicable), define the number of people for whom you wish to book, then the type of rate (full, reduced, children under 12). Then you add the tours you want to your basket. Then validate your order and you will receive your tickets by email.
When reservations open, there are an extremely large number of you connecting to the reservations system at the same time, which slows it down. Avoid logging on within 4 hours of the opening. We have left a stock of places available for each venue, which will be made available to you in the days following the opening.
If you have any problems making your programme, you can always contact us at contact.
The main stages of the booking process are :
1. Sign up or sign in (if you already have an account)
2. Choice of number and type of visitors for whom you are booking (maximum 5)
3. Choose the visits (basket system)
4. Pay
5. Print Tickets
You'll find all the information you need about what you can do as part of the ANTE Festival under the various headings in the "Programme" menu.
To book an activity, simply contact the activity organiser (specified for each activity) by email.
FAQ: Some additional information that might help you:
Choosing your visits
- Bookings can be made for Maximum of 5 people at a time.
- The choice of the number of people is not modifiable for the same reservation! The limit of 5 people has been chosen by Explore.Brussels to allow as many people as possible to take part in this exceptional event that is the ANTE Festival.
- If you book 2 tours taking place on the same day at the same time, they will appear in red in your basket and you will have to delete one of them. Other cases of incompatibility between tours in your programme are a matter for you to resolve yourself. The chronological classification of tours in your basket should also make things easier for you.
Reduced rates and supplements
- We have developed a reduced rates policy to make interior visits accessible to as many people as possible. Students under 26 and jobseekers are eligible for the reduced rate. If you book at the reduced rate, you must be able to prove that you are eligible.
- If you have booked at the reduced rate when you are not entitled to it, Explore.Brussels will charge you the difference as well as a fine of 50% of the total amount of your order.
- Children under 12 do not pay but their places must be reserved via the booking system.
Important information
- A queue was created at the connection stage to avoid disruptions/bugs caused by too many people being online at the same time.
- Once you are in the reservation system, you will have 90 minutes maximum to place and pay for your order. Why should you do this? Because during these 90 minutes the seats are pre-blocked for you and are therefore guaranteed if you confirm your order.
We are aware that this countdown can be stressful. However, it is the most effective way of ensuring that you are able to take the tours you have booked, and also of enabling other visitors to book their own tours.
Booking confirmation
Confirmation emails are generated automatically. If you haven't received them, check your spam folder.
The first e-mail simply informs you that your order has been registered in the system and that we are waiting for your payment to confirm that your order has been processed. Confirmation that your payment has been made is the subject of the second e-mail.
A final e-mail will be sent to you automatically and directly by Ingenico, the company that manages the secure payment platform.
As with any e-commerce system, never click on the back arrow in your browser when making a reservation, as this could result in your order being lost. The system itself has return buttons for this purpose.
